an actual retail store I can go to?
No. We are mainly a wholesaler for distributors but we also sell directly
to customers through our website. You may email our sales representatives
to arrange for local pickup. Email: email@example.com
Q: How can my company become a Cosmo Racing distributor?
A: Your company must apply for an account. Please e-mail our Wholesale team for
approval and more information. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Do you offer discounts for group buys?
A: Yes and No. Please email our Sales team for more information on setting up a
group buy. Group buy discount will vary; and only based on 10+ order quantities
upon approval with discount confirmation code. Email: email@example.com
Q: I'm having trouble with installation. What do I do?
A: Technical support is availabe for all our customers. You may call us or
email Tech support: firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to the large number of non-customers calling us for
help, you MUST provide us with your E-Bay item number or website order
number when calling.

Q: Can I talk to a sales representative over the phone?
A: No. Phone services from sales representiatives is only available for dealers
who have accounts with us. Due to the high volume of calls we receive, the fastest way for you
to contact Sales is by e-mail: email@example.com
Q: Why haven't I received a response from Sales yet?
A: We usually answer your e-mail within 24 hours excluding weekend and holidays. WE READ &
REPLY ALL YOUR E-MAILS.
However, we do receive large volumes of e-mails everyday so occasionally it
may take a little longer. ***Check your Bulk folder. Our replied emails in may
have been in there for long time already.
Q: Can I order a product over the phone?
A: No. Phone orders only apply to dealers who have accounts with us. The most
convenience and safest way is to subimit your order from our web
site. All the order, address and payment information is kept confidential and will
only be used for payment approval and shipping
information purpose. Feel safe and comfortable to submit your payment
through our SSL payment site (under construction) or Paypal payment
Q: Do you take creditcard payments over the phone?
A: Yes and No. Phone payment only apply to our dealers who have accounts
with us. For now we do take VISA card payments over the phone while
our SSL site payment system is still under construction, but for Canadian customers
ONLY. Due to security reasons, we do not
take payments over the phone for non-Canadian resident orders.
Q: How can I pay for my items?
A: Paypal, money order, or secured online payment. For more info, see order

A: Yes, When you check out, you will have the option to see the total amount
in Canadian currency.

Q: Can I do a local pickup?
A: Yes, please e-mail Sales to arrange pickup.
Q: What is the shipping rate?
A: Once you submit your order, you wil see the exact shipping charge for
your purchase. In general, we charge a fixed rate of $15 to $25 (depending on
the size/weight) for 48 continental States in USA. For Canadian and International orders,
shipping rate will vary. For some other USA states such as Puerto Rico, Guam,
Hawaii and APO/FPO, please include detailed address and ZIP
code for the shipping rate. For shipping to other countries, please
email us with detailed address and postal code for shipping rate.
We use UPS and Xpress POST service.
Q: Why didn't I get a confirmation email or tracking number?
A: Usually, you will automatically receive a confirmation email and a tracking
number from UPS. However, sometime our emails could be forwarded to your Bulk
Mailbox or your e-mail
provider may see our mail as spam and filter it out due to the large volume of outgoing emails. Please e-mail or contact us
for your order confirmation or tracking number.
Q: Is there an option for Express shipment?
A: Yes and No. We are unable to guarantee how long customs clearance will
take. HOWEVER, we can ship by UPS Expedited AIR( 3 days shipping) at a different rate, and it is much
faster than Standard Ground service. Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
with your detailed shipping address including postal/Zip code for
a faster reply for a shipping rate quote.
Q: Will you ship to a P.O Box address?
A: Yes, only with Canada Post services. UPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes.
We highly recommned to have actual address for the shipment. A telephone
number must be provided when shipping to a P.O Box.
